Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we ship all around the world. Make sure your shipping address is a secure location; it is your responsibility to enter correct delivery address for your package.
How do I return an item?
Start by filling a returning claim within 15 days of purchase (save returning claim confirmation number). RJB will discuss your claim with you, then will possibly allow you to ship package back.
What is your returns policy?
You have 15 days to fill a returning claim.
A returned package is acceptable if come back with all package elements along with claim confirmation number filled within 15 days of purchase.
How can I contact your couriers?
We usually use USPS within United States and Canada; contact www.usps.com for more details how to contact them about your package.
For others countries, please directly couriers that information is available on your confirmation order or shipping confirmation.
What are your delivery options?
In a basic delivery option, we ship your package to the provided address with no signature requirement. It is your responsibility to track the shipping and to make sure that you or one of yours will be at the delivery address to receive package.
Package will be left at the door or porch of the delivery address.
You may call to arrange a different delivery option if you want to.
