Service Description

This option is designed for customer with a particular load. Give us as much info as you can for a quote fitting your load. Some particular arrangements may be set up here even if location is out of our range. A quote will be emailed or sent over the phone to you. So make sure to write your valid email address or phone number. Once Approved, you can book a Delivery following instructions in the approval response.

Cancellation Policy

The customer has 26 hours prior to the service to cancel for free. Any cancellation within 26 hours to the service will be charged a fix amount of $25. If paid ahead, the remaining balance will be refund to the customer into the payment method used at the booking. LATE BOOKING, SAME DAY BOOKING When available any SAME DAY booking will be charged an extra fix amount of $15. Same day booking is considered Late Booking. The customer can still book a same day delivery but no less than 3 hours prior to the service.
