WE ARE CONGOLESE INTERESTED IN IMPROVING CONGOLESE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. We are medical doctors, nurses, lab technicians and other health workers who came together to promote the healthcare system in Democratic Republic of Congo by reporting the newest, accurate and verified data from an objective sight to those (government, health professionals and interested people) who may need it to act.

Our core team live and operate both in Democratic Republic of Congo and United States of America.

 

Indeed, in the Congo, if some health data exists, it is not available to the general public or reserved for those who initiated their research (in this case international organizations) or, quite simply, it has become obsolete.

Without pretending to do without these international organizations, the OCSanté precisely wants, with the support of these same international organizations, to make more available to doctors and all health professionals the data and information of the health and medical sector.

OCSanté has two components:

Database and Research component

Medical and health assistance component

 

 

Several national programs or NGOs exist and operate in the DRC, the Ministry of Health is operational, some intellectuals and researchers in the sector publish articles and even books, ... but there is no database worthy of the name who can bring together and present all these efforts as a whole with accessibility to all.

Doctors and other health professionals have no reference where to file or take information for the benefit of their different corporations.

For proof, do you even OBJECTIVELY answer the following two questions? :

In the DRC, in which office or department will you drop off your finished publication so that a large number can read it directly and quickly?

In the DRC, what is the library or group of libraries where you will surely find the book you are looking for; or else you can order it?

 

In our humble opinion, the two answers are negative while there are Congolese who, individually, can answer POSITIVELY to these questions but CANNOT BENEFIT from the large number of their knowledge.

It is a NEGATIVE observation that the OCSanté wants to fill with YOUR SUPPORT.
