We designed and had this solar mobile restaurant kitchen trailer built in 2023 to support our on-site movie catering company. This is not a budget build, we upgraded many of the items to accommodate our needs. We took delivery in July 2023. One of the business partners had a health event and has decided to retire, so now we're pivoting to selling our assets.

This has been cooked in a couple times. We had this wired to be able to connect to shore power or generators to be able to either supplement the solar system if its cloudy or you need extra power to run everything in the trailer. This external power source can be used to charge the solar system's batteries quicker than the sun can.
